Skill/Knowledge

Purpose of the JOB

The person appointed will be part of a small team responsible for the investments and portfolio development of a Group of companies. Key aspects of the role will involve handling the full cycle of sourcing, identifying, screening, and critical appraisal of new investment opportunities including in-depth financial and investment analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation of legal agreements, partnership agreements, and other economic characteristics of an investment.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another related field
  • An MBA, and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is highly desirable.

Experience

  • 10 years and above working experience in a fast-paced Merger and Acquisition (M&A), private equity, investment banking, or other relevant experience. Candidates with private equity/ venture capital experience are preferred
  • Experience in leading complex M&A activities through the entire life cycle with a vast and successful track record of managing transactions, transaction valuation, and strategic transaction analyses.

    • Excellent stakeholder management, people / cultural diversity management, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent English written & oral communication skills.
